What are your shipping and delivery options?

We offer free shipping on all orders over £300, orders below this amount will pay a small delivery fee of £5.99.


How long does delivery take?

Delivery may take between 3 - 10 days. If there is any delays, we will notify you. 

Do you deliver to all locations?

We currently deliver in the UK only. 

Can I track my order?

Yes, you will be sent a tracking number once the delivery is ready for shipping. 

How do I check the status of my delivery?

You can use the tracking number that has been provided, this will show the delivery status. 

Will I be notified when my order is shipped?

Yes, along with a tracking number. 

What is your return and exchange policy?

How long does it take to process a refund?

Returns will be processed within 7 days. 

Do you offer assembly services?

No, some items are already assembled in the box. Some will need to be assembled. 

Are instructions provided for self-assembly?

Yes.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major Credit/Debit cards, Klarna and Paypal. 

Do you offer financing or installment plans?

Yes you can use our Klarna or Paypal service. 

Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Yes, our payments are highly secure.

Do you offer discounts or promotions?

We offer 10% for all new subscribers, also offer promotions through the year. 

Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

You would have to contact us directly to discuss details. 

What should I do if my order arrives damaged?

All goods must be inspected upon delivery and signed for accordingly. Notification must be received by email to us of any damage or shortage of the goods within 3 days from the delivery date, supported by photographic evidence.

Do you have a showroom or physical store?

No, we are online only

How do I choose the right size furniture for my space?

Make sure to measure the area that you will be putting the furniture in, every product page has the dimesions available. 

Can you provide advice on matching furniture pieces?
